Jawad Aldebs · Curriculum Vitae

I sell like a closer.
I build like an engineer.

Most people pick one side of a business. I never saw the point. I learned to close on a sales floor in Istanbul at sixteen, then taught myself to design, code and operate platforms of my own. Today I run companies I built end to end: the brand, the product, the code, the revenue.

Who I am

The full stack of a business, in one person.

I started where nothing is forgiving: commission sales. Real estate at sixteen, fabrics by the metre, the premium bar of a training club. Floors where you eat what you close teach you what no course can: how people decide, what they fear, and exactly what they need to hear before they say yes.

Then I stopped selling other people’s products and started building my own. A cloud-telephony platform. A factory-direct equipment store selling across Europe in five languages. A holding company to keep it all honest. I design them, code them, market them and operate them, every day, in production.

Based near Parma, Italy. Working across English, Arabic, Turkish and Italian markets.

Experience

Before I wrote software,
I carried a quota.

Three very different floors in Istanbul, one lesson in common: show up, read the customer, close the deal, and leave the place better organised than you found it.

Textile retail · Istanbul

A textile retailer

Sales · Website & marketing

Sold fabrics face to face in a trade where every customer knows the market price and negotiates like it. Took over the company’s website and marketing on top of the floor work, because nobody else would, and ran both.

The result: over $7,000 closed for the store in a single month, with the shop’s digital presence directed in-house.
Fitness & hospitality · Istanbul

Banze Training Club

Bar & member experience

Ran the club’s premium bar, serving specialty coffee and protein shakes at training-floor pace, and helped keep the floor and equipment in working order. Hospitality with no script: every member greeted by name, every detail handled.

The lesson: service is a product. Consistency is the feature people pay for.
Real estate · Istanbul

Estate For Istanbul

Sales agent & marketing · from age 16

Joined at sixteen, selling property in one of the most demanding markets there is, to buyers decades older than me. Handled the agency’s marketing side at the same time: listings, campaigns and the material that put clients in front of us.

The lesson: trust is built or lost in the first five minutes. I learned to build it at an age where I had to earn every minute.
Skills

Hire one person.
Cover six seats.

Sales & negotiation

Commission floors, cold walk-ins, five-figure months. I find the yes, and I don’t leave money on the table.

Marketing & growth

Brand, copy, campaigns and outreach that pay for themselves. I write the words and read the numbers.

Product design

Interfaces people don’t need a manual for. Dark, fast, clean, and consistent down to the last pixel.

Full-stack engineering

From CSS to C++: storefronts, billing, telephony, admin panels, email systems and the servers underneath them.

E-commerce operations

Catalogue, pricing, VAT, shipping, payments, support. The unglamorous parts of online retail, done properly.

Languages & markets

Selling and shipping across English, Arabic, Turkish and Italian markets. This CV reads in four languages because my customers do.

“The difficult done immediately. The impossible takes a little longer. Miracles by appointment.”
